Our Process
Although we just opened our doors October ‘22, weddings are not new to us! We understand the process, time, and all the love
that goes into planning your special day, and
cannot wait to bring your floral vision to life!
Inquire
To begin, fill out our contact form, we’ll confirm that your date is available, and will schedule an in-person or phone consultation from there.
Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll keep your budget in mind, while going over all of the tiny details that will make your day perfectly unique.
Proposal
After your consultation we’ll send you a detailed proposal for you to review and have something to refer back to on the lead up to your wedding.
Booking
Once you’ve decided to book with Iris & Ivy, we require a 25% retainer to secure your date. This applies to your invoice total.
Finalizing
In the time leading up to your wedding, don’t hesitate to reach out.
One month prior to your wedding, we’ll contact you to finalize all decisions, and collect full payment.
Your Wedding Day!
The day before, we’ll send you a sneak peek photo of your bouquet to ensure you’re absolutely in love with it!
The day of your wedding you can rest assured, we have everything taken care of and are excited to use our expertise to make your floral dreams come true!
